Greatly enjoyed my fine stay for the price. The room was beautifully decorated and spotless, had coffee and WiFi. The location turned out to be perfect, right by the Night Market, Mount Phousi, Utopia bar and other landmarks, Nam Kha river and restaurants and riverside. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

The hotel's location was magnificent, near to taxi or tuk tuk, the night market and many other sights and a good area for exploring. Got twin room for tripple bedroom as expected, greatly enjoyed it.

The location of the guest house was excellent, situated in a quiet street with great restaurants nearby. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and had daily cleaning service. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the staff provided efficient and friendly service. the manager went above and beyond to accommodate last-minute requests.
There was a slight inconvenience with the room facilities, as the TV was positioned sideways to the bed and the showerhead was not fixed to the wall.
